Our SOFTWASH method gently applies a soapy solution to your homes siding. The detergent mix breaks down the organic matter and build up that has accumulated over time. We let the mix dwell for a few minutes cleaning and sanitizing the surface then we softly rinse with water.

The Power Washers specialize in soft washing low pressure residential cleaning. Our master designed and implemented soft washing techniques utilize the latest in cleaning detergents and application tools to ensure that your property is washed efficiently without causing damage. In most cases the pressure that actually hits the surface is less than 140 PSI which you can safely place your hand under the stream of water. It is not recommended to use high pressure and up close blasting of your siding or trim. The secret to pressure washing is the proper detergents. Most stains on a home, green algae, black mold or mildew, dirt, bug or bird debris, cobwebs, etc all have certain chemicals which will break down the stain and allow a low pressure soft rinse.
If addressed timely there are not many things that professional soft washing cannot remedy.
